O9 Application Architect - Contract to Hire - Dallas, TX - Hybrid

You would be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the O9 platform. This is a full-time role with our client

Responsibilities:
• Solution Design: Analyzing business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to design solutions that address the organization's specific needs. This includes understanding the business processes, data flows, and integration points.
• O9 Platform Expertise: Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the O9 platform, its functionalities, and its capabilities. Staying up to date with the latest enhancements and updates to leverage them effectively in the solutions.
• Customization and Configuration: Customizing the O9 platform to meet the business's unique requirements. This may involve configuring workflows, defining data models, creating user interfaces, and implementing automation rules.
• Integration: Integrating O9 with other enterprise systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and other supply chain management tools. Ensuring seamless data exchange and information flow between systems.
• Technical Leadership: Providing technical guidance and leadership to development teams during the implementation of O9 solutions. Mentoring and supporting junior developers in the team.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Overseeing the testing process to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the implemented solutions.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to the architecture, design, and implementation of O9 solutions.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Assisting in the resolution of technical issues and providing support to end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of O9 applications. Staying informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Project Management: Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Security and Compliance: Ensuring that the O9 solutions comply with relevant security and data privacy regulations and industry standards.

Skills/ Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in implementing O9.
• Strong functional knowledge of the Supply Chain domain.
• Experience working in the CPG industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in architecting, designing, and implementing O9 solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
