- Experience in hardware development with domestic and international vendors
- Expertise in managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, and multi-team program coordination

- Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics
- Support budget management and forecasting
- Manage procurement and keep track of Purchase Orders
- Partner with the Logistics team to ensure fast shipping
- Manage multiple programs concurrently
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics
- Experience in hardware development, worked with vendors domestically and internationally
- Experience managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, and coordinating across different teams, vendors, and time zones
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working in a startup environment with constant changes
- Good communication with team
Degrees/Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred, not required
