  • Maintain strong operational discipline while supporting business growth and market expansion.
Cross-Functional & Executive Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders across Operations, Information Technology, Legal & Compliance, and Finance to ensure aligned execution and shared accountability.
  • Represent enrollment operations in executive-level discussions, bringing a clear, outcome-focused perspective grounded in data and consumer impact.
  • Support client, state, and MCO engagements related to enrollment readiness, performance, and operational improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Metrics-driven leader with strong operational discipline and comfort managing by performance indicators.
  • Consumer-centric operator who designs processes for ease of doing business while maintaining compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop large, complex operational teams and hold leaders accountable to outcomes.
