Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to students and learners through both proactive and reactive messaging across multichannel platforms, including, but not limited to, email, phone, chat, text, and bot assistants.
• Provide indirect support to students and learners by extending training, resources, and consultation to internal support teams, including, but not limited to, Financial Aid, Advising, Enrollment and Admissions, and Business Office.
• Engage in an interactive process to evaluate a Capella learner's eligibility for Military Leave or Military Spouse Leave in accordance with university policy.
• Support the reporting of enrollment and tuition information to the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in accordance with state and federal policies and guidelines for the administration of VA education benefit programs for students and learners at approved institutions of higher education at SEI
• Drive the production and maintenance of reports and processes that support VA enrollment certifications, including, but not limited operational and analytical reports, job aids, process maps, and student and learner record management.
• Communicate with VA representatives to facilitate the processing of VA enrollment certifications and resulting payments.
• Meet initial training requirements and maintain annual training requirements established by the VA and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• As needed, support VA Compliance team in the preparation and execution of external audits, maintaining approval of academic programs, and other external regulatory requirements.
• Maintain appropriate and accurate student and learner records in accordance with external regulatory guidelines and departmental best practices.

Work Experience:
• 1-3 years of transferable experience, such as military services support or accounts receivable/billing
• Some experience in Higher Education preferred
