Our client is a global provider of commercial and industrial property insurance and risk management services with operations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The organization offers property/casualty coverage, business interruption, and specialized products, complemented by engineering-driven risk assessment, research, and consulting services. Subsidiary brands support cargo, boiler, and mid-market offerings.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $80.00 to $90.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Lead the global payroll modernization program to align with organizational goals and regional requirements.
Collaborate with vendors, regional representatives, and procurement to implement a shared services payroll model.
Define and implement governance structures to manage scope, schedule, budget, issues, and risks.
Engage with HR leadership and regional teams to elicit requirements and provide program updates.
Ensure compliance with regional regulations and resolve legal or compliance issues with HR and legal partners.
Plan and execute change management and communications using the ADKAR model to support adoption.
Facilitate meetings across international time zones, including early morning sessions to support APA
Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years of program or project management experience focused on HR technology implementations.
Proficiency with global payroll systems and core HR functionalities.
Experience managing international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Workfront.
Knowledge of the ADKAR model with hands-on change management and communications experience.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from initiation through execution.
Experience with Workday or similar HR platforms (preferred).
Background in process improvement and workflow creation (preferred).
Familiarity with regional regulations and compliance requirements (preferred).
