The Salvation Army (Western) - - - Responsibilities: Provide accounting support to assigned units and assist departmental staff as needed.; Process cash receipts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable daily and timely.; Record transactions, account coding, and data entry in various accounting systems; prepare and process A/R invoices; reconcile accounts.; Electronic filing; process checks and obtain signatures; remit necessary documents to units.; Communicate with vendors and customers; interact with Accountants and other Finance staff; assist with additional duties as assigned.
