We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant with Transaction Coordination experience who enjoys both client communication and systems work. This is not a pure TC role - you'll be working alongside our long-standing in-house Transaction Coordinator (3+ years) while also supporting the agent side of the business.
If you've coordinated files contract-to-close for Realtors and understand how an agent's workflow actually operates, this may be a great fit.

β’ β±50,000-β±65,000/month, depending on experience

Role Overview
β’ Support buyer transitions from contract β close β post-close
β’ Assist with contract-to-close workflows (deadlines, signatures, timelines, communication)
β’ Process contracts within 1 hour of receipt
β’ Coordinate with lenders, title companies, co-op agents, and inspectors
β’ Handle client communication, follow-ups, and scheduling
β’ Support booking of buyer & seller consultations
β’ Ensure Georgia contracts and timelines are accurate and compliant
β’ Keep files organized and up to date in Lofty, Sisu, Dotloop, and internal systems
β’ Communicate daily with the team via Slack
β’ Complete tasks efficiently before handoffs to ensure smooth workflows
Required Experience
β’ 1+ year as a Transaction Coordinator or Real Estate VA
β’ Prior experience with Georgia real estate contracts (required)
β’ Comfortable managing files independently from contract to close
β’ Confident English communication (written and verbal)
β’ Familiarity with Lofty, Sisu, Dotloop (or strong ability to learn quickly)
β’ Highly detail-oriented and able to work without micromanagement
β’ Reliable internet and professional remote setup
β’ Must be available Wed-Sun, 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM PHT
