In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Field Operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate standards while driving continuous improvement across a diverse workforce. Your expertise will directly influence safety culture and operational success, supporting a mission to create sustainable solutions that benefit both people and the planet.

Accountabilities

• Participate as an active member of the North America Field EHS Team.
• Implement and measure the success of EHS programs and policies.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through a field-based behavioral safety program.
• Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and injuries to prevent recurrence.
• Lead audits and inspections to monitor EHS performance.
• Stay updated with changes in EHS laws and regulations.
• Visit job sites to ensure effective implementation of EHS processes.
• Define and execute EHS training and orientation programs.
• Maintain accurate EHS records in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure contractors have an effective safety process in place.
• Coach/mentor employees and leadership on safe work practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of practical environmental health and safety management experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in environmental safety and health preferred.
• Certification in Environmental, Safety or Health, Risk Management (e.g., CIH, CSP) preferred.
• Experience in field service/construction site safety management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with EHS related data management systems.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
