About the roleCare Coordination is part of our Care Operations team, which supports the operational processes needed to deliver exceptional mental healthcare. Care Coordination is a customer support team whose mission is to deliver and facilitate a best-in-class experience to our clients and to our clinical team. Care Coordination operates at the juncture of many functions and collaborates with Product & Engineering, Clinical Care, Care Operations, Marketing, and Business Development.
You'll be responsible for supporting our prospective and active clients throughout their care journey at Two Chairs.
