What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Prepare and submit LEDES files to clients via e-billing systems, troubleshooting and resolving errors
• Review final invoices for accuracy and compliance with clients billing guidelines
• Monitor and research invoice validations, approvals, reductions, and rejections
• Provide technical support and customer service regarding e-billing processes to billing attorneys and staff
• Collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts and submit monthly accruals to clients

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of five years experience with legal e-billing
• Proficiency with major e-billing systems such as Legal Tracker and CounselLink
• Intermediate Excel skills, including vLookup and Pivot Tables
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise proper judgment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E
• Familiarity with minor e-billing systems
• AA or BA degree preferred
