Wedding Coordinator

Summary

Join a leading Japanese wedding consulting firm as a Wedding Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to be part of life's most joyous and memorable milestones, ensuring every couple's "Big Day" is perfect.

Essential Duties

  • On-site Coordination: Facilitate wedding ceremonies and provide exceptional hospitality to guests.
  • Event Support: Attend receptions and assist with beach photo sessions.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate all wedding-related arrangements, including venues (churches, hotels, restaurants), photographers, and transportation services.
  • Administrative Support: Organize documents and records.
  • Data Entry: Perform basic data entry into the company system.

Working Hours & Location

  • Hours: Shift-based, between 08:00 AM – 07:00 PM (5 days a week).
  • Note: Weekend availability is required.
  • Locations: Ko Olina and/or Kaneohe.

Qualifications

  • Passion: A strong interest in the wedding and hospitality industry.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle tasks flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: No prior experience required—we welcome motivated beginners!
  • Language: English proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Visa Status: OPT candidates are very welcome to apply.
  • License: A valid Driver's License is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 / hour
  • Insurance: Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision coverage.
  • Retirement: 401(k) with company matching.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO):
  • 1st Year: Accrue 0.92 hours per 80 hours worked.
  • 2nd Year+: Accrue 3 hours per 80 hours worked.
  • Sick Leave: Up to 12 days per year (pro-rated based on start date).
  • Holidays: 2 days off per week.
