Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Do you have experience working on restaurant equipment and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment? If so, we want to meet you!

At Goode Company Restaurants, we're looking for a HVAC/Maintenance Technician who's ready to jump in and support our family of restaurants. You'll be part of a dedicated Facilities team, responding to daily service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting urgent equipment issues - especially where it counts: in the kitchen.

What You'll Do:

  • Put your expertise in kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC systems to work by keeping our restaurants running at their best.
  • Repair and maintain restaurant systems using both hand and power tools - safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond to emergency calls with urgency and professionalism.
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks and keep detailed, organized records of your work.
  • Communicate clearly with restaurant managers and team members, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
  • Be part of a rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards immediately- because safety matters here.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, ideally in restaurant or hospitality settings.
  • Working knowledge of kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC systems is a big plus.
  • High school diploma, GED, or trade certification.
  • EPA Universal Certification (or willingness to get one).
  • Must have your own basic hand tools and a valid Texas driver's license.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and dependable - you take ownership and get the job done right.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to lift 50+lbsand work on ladders, rooftops, and in tight spaces when needed.
