Group Manager | Municipal & Water Resources

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven leader to join our team as the Group Manager | Municipal & Water Resources in King of Prussia, PA. The Group Manager | Municipal & Water Resources is a dynamic leader with a collaborative leadership mindset that is responsible for cultivating a coaching culture and ensuring high standards in project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Coaching: Inspire and coach group members to enhance our employee-owner culture and drive engagement in their professional development.
• Project Management: Ensure timely and superior project delivery while collaborating across service groups.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, prioritize workloads, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Service AVPs to address staffing, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in civil, water resources, municipal engineering, site design and construction including site layout and design, grading, utility design, and storm water management
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required
• Full knowledge of ordinance and plan review, municipal representation, DEP and PENNDOT permitting, transportation grant applications, project presentations, specification writing and meeting facilitation.
• Experienced with client relations, business development, marketing, proposal preparation, project budgeting and public presentations also required.
• Is a client-focused leader and team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills
• Effective utilization of common business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, project management systems, etc.
• Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays
• Valid US Driver's License is required
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
