Highgate Hotels - - - Responsibilities: Prepare all food items hot and cold based on standardized recipes for Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets.; Assist in training of other cooks and pantry.; Complete necessary food and station preparation prior to the opening of the restaurant to ensure guests are served promptly.; Prepare and display buffet food items according to hotel standards.; Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and storage areas and follow safety regulations.
