The opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will engage with clients to define user requirements while developing user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. Your responsibilities will include coding, programming, and delivering development services that meet specific business needs.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects while focusing on quality and risk management.
• Identify and solve complex problems, recommending necessary policy changes.
• Provide direction and constructive feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong technical capabilities combined with solid business acumen.
• Proven experience in delivering quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Ability to manage risks, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and application development tools.
• In-depth understanding of quality assurance and testing practices.
• Familiarity with system development lifecycles and technology integration.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's degree (4-year degree).
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools like SAP PI/PO, SAP ABAP, EDI, and SAP BTP.
• A proven ability to design and implement SAP integration solutions.
• Knowledge of major SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, FICO).
• Familiarity with APIs and web services, as well as different data transformation and integration patterns.
• Experience in integrating both EDI and non-EDI standards.
• Understanding of cloud integration platforms and SAP cloud tools.
• Ability to develop integration architecture to maintain data integrity.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs, with an estimated travel requirement of 40-60%.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Prior experience in consulting.
• SAP certification(s).
• Experience with full-cycle implementation of core modules.
