Although various positions at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is expected throughout the year. We are in search of an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Coinbase Card team within the Consumer Product Group. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of the Coinbase Card product, from card management to transaction processing. This card enables crypto investors to earn rewards through their everyday spending and facilitates global crypto transactions.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this role ranges between $218,025 and $256,500. Total compensation will also include equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
