YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Advocate, you'll bring our brand to life while providing exceptional shopping experiences to our customers! Your mission is to enhance every guest's day, making their visit more enjoyable than before. You're the face of our company and take pride in it. Your passion for our products fosters brand loyalty and you embody our company values by bringing your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You're a people person! Utilizing the AEO Selling Model, you'll engage with each guest to help them find their perfect products with a friendly, approachable mindset. (Don't worry, we'll provide all the training you need!)
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie products! Customers will rely on you to educate them about our products and make tailored suggestions.
• You share the brand love! Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels enthusiastically.
• You can hang! Your versatility shines as you adapt to various store areas, including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• You're an innovative problem solver! Your priority is making guests' days better, and you're skilled at proactively resolving their concerns while following company policies.
• You're a team player! Always ready to assist your colleagues, you contribute to the team's success.
• You've got integrity! You consistently adhere to AEO's policies and procedures, doing the right thing.

• You have prior retail experience to enhance your skills.
• You are at least 16 years old.

For Brand Advocate and Stock positions, hiring will proceed based on need, applications are accepted continuously. For all other store roles, applications will be accepted until the Apply Before date (if applicable) but may be extended based on applicant volume.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION:

• The actual starting pay will depend on various factors, including experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility, associates may receive paid sick leave, and AEO may offer rewards at its discretion.
