A key aspect of this role is to support and manage the profitability and loss (P&L) for assigned products, ensuring that financial targets are met and exceeded. This includes analyzing market trends, negotiating terms with suppliers, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize product offerings and drive profitability.

By acting as a bridge between various departments, this role ensures seamless operations and fosters a collaborative environment that supports the company's overall growth and success.

What you'll do...

Planning & Execution: Act as the representative of the customers' voice in the product development process. This involves collaborating closely with the product team to ensure that we engage the right third-party partners who align with our strategic goals and customer needs. By understanding customer requirements and market trends, this role ensures that the product development efforts are customer-centric and strategically sound.

Collaboration: Establish strong partnerships with Sales and Account Management Teams to gain a deep understanding of key product deliverables. This collaboration ensures that the products and services we offer meet the exact needs of our customers. By maintaining open lines of communication, this role helps align sales strategies with product development efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to market demands.

Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports to monitor and track various metrics, including profitability, cost, and operational efficiency. These reports provide critical insights that help drive informed decision-making within the organization. By analyzing these metrics, this role identifies areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing operational performance.

Growth Initiatives: Lead the development and support of business growth initiatives and targets. This includes focusing on cost reduction strategies, enhancing supplier relationships, and improving client satisfaction. By implementing these initiatives, this role contributes to the overall growth and competitive edge of the business, ensuring that we remain responsive to market changes and customer expectations.

Customer Onboarding: Play a pivotal role in the customer onboarding process for assigned products and services. This includes providing assistance with the initial product setup and offering training to ensure customers can effectively use the product. By facilitating a smooth onboarding experience, this role helps build strong customer relationships and ensures customer satisfaction from the outset.

Customer Insights: Provide the management team with valuable insights into how customers interact with and utilize the assigned product. This includes gathering feedback on what customers like and dislike, as well as identifying new functionalities that could enhance their experience and improve their ability to manage their vehicle fleet. By offering these insights, this role helps drive continuous improvement in product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Provides backup support for transaction processing and operational tasks to ensure timely completion of daily work cycles.

You'll have...

5+ years' experience working for a Fleet Management Company

5+ years' experience in managing Fuel and Personal use product offerings.

3+ years' Team management experience.

3+ years Operations budget management

Demonstrated ability to pivot between managerial duties and technical execution; must be comfortable performing high-volume transaction processing alongside the team when necessary to maintain operational continuity.

Highly motivated, self-starter who can think creatively and operate in a dynamic white space environment, specifically concerning solution development.

Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships and effectively communicating with other team members.

Willingness and ability to travel to attend meetings and meet with fleet customers and dealers.

Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources under tight deadlines.

Strong analytical experience; experience with platform solutions such as PowerBI, Qlik, , Smartsheet, Jira, or related software solutions preferred.

Crisp, insightful oral- and written-communication style and able to summarize, using data & supporting narrative across multiple formats.

Experienced in agile project management methodologies

Ability to effectively navigate, collaborate, & communicate across cross-stakeholder teams and Subject Matter Experts within IT and Business/Operations. Must be adept at influencing across various level of the organization and storytelling to highlight value and inspire action.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-162,120.
