Qualifications:

  • You possess strong independent judgment, initiative, collaboration, and leadership skills.

  • Your management experience showcases a consistent record of successful sales to large accounts and strong engagement with C-level executives, including qualifying prospects and ensuring positive customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

You will manage and develop a team of sales representatives, including their recruitment, hiring, and training in the Oracle sales process. Your role entails promoting Oracle products, negotiating pricing and terms, and participating in both strategic and tactical planning for the division. Building collaborative relationships with field managers to create joint account plans, you will develop a territory plan aimed at maximizing revenue, generate accurate monthly forecasts, and manage escalations while conducting weekly meetings with your sales team.

The role offers a competitive hiring range in USD from $121,000 to $232,200 per annum, with eligibility for equity, compensation deferral, and commissions with a typical pay mix of 45/55.
