Senior Implementation Project Manager: Vendor Request

Position Summary

We are seeking a senior-level implementation PM who has led enterprise platform transformations, not just application deployments.

This role will support implementation planning and execution of ServiceNow SPM-related platform and process improvements, coordinating across multiple IT teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.

Candidate Requirements

Must Have (Required)

Nice to Have (Preferred)

8+ years leading complex enterprise IT implementation programs

Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

Experience leading multi-workstream implementations with cross-team dependencies

Experience with PPM / Portfolio Management tools

Direct experience managing ServiceNow implementation or major enhancement programs

Experience with IT Financial / IT Business Management tools

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform delivery lifecycle

Experience supporting CMDB or data model governance initiatives

Experience coordinating across platform teams, business teams, and external vendors

Experience supporting OOTB platform standardization initiatives

Experience managing integrated project plans, RAID logs, and resource forecasts

Experience supporting legacy customization reduction or platform modernization efforts

Experience building and presenting executive-level status reporting

Experience partnering with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams

Experience implementing new governance models or operating structures

Healthcare or regulated industry experience

Strong executive communication and cross-functional facilitation skills

Experience working in large, matrixed enterprise IT environments

Proven ability to proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks

Experience working alongside implementation consulting partners

Experience driving accountability across internal teams and vendors

Experience supporting programs with governance committee oversight

Role Context

This role will:

  • Lead implementation planning and execution aligned to GlideFast ServiceNow SPM recommendations
  • Coordinate delivery across PPG, ServiceNow Platform, and supporting IT teams
  • Manage vendor and internal delivery alignment
  • Support governance-aligned execution and executive reporting cadence
