Under the general direction of the Intake Manager, the Clinical Office Assistant receives, records, and schedules Medicare certified patient services according to the patients' needs and staffing availability. - Provides clinical support to the Intake Manager related to operational needs. - Performs appropriate and timely follow-up in response to patients services and clinical needs. - Provides day-to-day staff and administrative assistance; triages and schedules patients; screens and refers phone calls; communicates with clinical staff and patients; clerical and staff support to clinical teams and assists with clinical processes as required. II.
