• Mitigating theft and fraud to safeguard our merchandise and customers.
• Providing a visible presence at store entrances and exits to deter potential theft.
• Demonstrating a strong command presence while wearing the company-issued vest and required black attire.
• Monitoring the sales floor to identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Acting as a reassuring presence for customers and staff, ensuring everyone feels safe while shopping.
