As a Senior Software Engineer focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining secure and scalable cloud services that enhance our global authentication and authorization systems. Your contributions will guide the technical direction of key projects, allowing you to write high-quality code and collaborate effectively across teams.

NOTE: THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED ONSITE AT OUR NASHVILLE, TN LOCATION. NO EXCEPTIONS. RELOCATION MAY BE PROVIDED.

Basic Qualifications

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of software development experience.

  • Proficient in Java, Go, C#, or similar object-oriented programming languages.

  • Experience delivering high-scale, distributed services in live production environments.

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and system design.

  • Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running mission-critical, Tier-1 live services.

  • Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure.

  • Knowledge of multi-region deployments and multi-AD/AZ architectures.

  • Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development.

  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Ability to translate internal customer needs into prioritized features.

  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and operational best practices.

  • Understanding of system security, authentication protocols, and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, PCI DSS).

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain cloud-based IAM services that are secure, reliable, and scalable.

  2. Implement new features and enhancements based on design specifications and collaborate with senior engineers to refine technical approaches.

  3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages like Java, Go, or C#.

  4. Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality releases and robust service reliability.

  5. Work closely with cross-functional partners (product management, security, and operations) to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

  6. Support operational excellence by contributing to monitoring, alerting, and incident response for the services you develop.

  7. Continuously learn and grow by staying current with cloud technologies, security, and development best practices.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,200 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
