Are you an experienced Finance Consultant looking to leverage your expertise in ERP implementations? Join us to lead successful delivery activities utilizing the NetSuite for Government application. You will collaborate with customers to tailor and design effective workflows while applying your strong interpersonal skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Take ownership of delivering Oracle NetSuite for Government solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Leverage your background in government accounting and finance to address key project objectives effectively.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, setting clear expectations and maintaining timely communications to ensure commitments are met.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, and Support teams to enhance implementation tools and practices for future projects.
  • Manage complex business and logistical challenges methodically.
  • Provide regular updates on project deliverables and key milestones to both the project team and customers.
  • Employ creativity, independent judgment, and business acumen in your approach.
  • Demonstrate strong executive presence while engaging with key project sponsors.

What you've done:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in executing complex cloud and SaaS projects with successful outcomes.
  • 1+ years of experience in government accounting, with an understanding of GFOA rules, fund accounting, procurement, receivables, budgeting, and municipal accounting concepts.
  • Proven track record as a self-starter who builds proactive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with effective time management capabilities.
  • Experience with gap analysis, risk mitigation, issue documentation, and tracking along with prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Comfort able to thrive in fast-paced environments with fluctuating expectations and priorities.
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time as necessary.

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience using Oracle NetSuite.
  • Familiarity with Oracle products and services, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Range and Benefits:

The US hiring range for this position is $71,200 to $158,200 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
