As a Prepared Foods Production Associate, you will play a vital role in our culinary operations by preparing delicious meals and providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with production for all Prepared Foods sections.
• Ensure all prepared foods are accurately labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated for freshness.
• Maintain high standards of quality and preparation in accordance with our guidelines.
• Document and manage waste and spoilage effectively.
• Follow recipes precisely and use the correct measuring devices for all production.
• Help customers understand the unique qualities of our food products compared to conventional options.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers organized and clean.
• Arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to contribute; attend all scheduled shifts and trainings.
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper food prep, storage, stocking, and merchandising.
• Adhere to all health and sanitation procedures, including safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean working environment and ensure equipment safety standards are met.
• Perform assigned opening, mid, and closing duties accurately; verify signage and pricing.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.

Desired Experiences:

• No prior retail experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours during a shift.
• Hands-on skills including grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Comfortable with bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to use various tools and equipment safely.
