Your Role:

As a Security Officer, you will ensure the safety of both guests and team members while maintaining the security of our hotel property. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel to identify potential safety and security risks.

• Responding to emergencies, including fires, medical situations, and safety threats.

• Promoting safe work practices throughout the property.

• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents as necessary.

• Writing accurate reports and documentation as required.

• Assisting guests with inquiries, resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
