What will your role involve? You will enhance the lives of customers by providing access to high-quality goods that improve their daily experiences. Your contributions will truly make a difference!

A typical day as a Customer Accounts Specialist includes:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional, friendly service with a focus on a positive customer experience in our stores and in customers' homes. You'll also take new rental orders both on the sales floor and over the phone.
  • Deliveries & Pickups: Step outside the store and exemplify a winning spirit by safely loading/unloading and installing products, while adhering to all transportation procedures and maintaining a clean and well-kept vehicle.
  • Merchandising: Help maintain an attractive store environment by organizing products and ensuring cleanliness, refurbishing merchandise to a like-new state and keeping the showroom dusted and tidy.

Minimum requirements include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record, as you will be operating company vehicles.
  • The ability to lift and transport items such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical Demands:
The physical requirements of this role include frequent talking and hearing as well as active movements such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. You will often need to lift or move heavy items. All team members are expected to follow Company safety protocols while fulfilling the physical requirements of the job.

Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, with work hours from Monday to Saturday, covering store open to close hours. Sundays are off, along with an additional weekday. Schedules and hours may vary based on management decisions and business needs.
