• Training and mentoring shop personnel in the removal, disassembly, repair, installation, and testing of electronic equipment to ensure a high level of performance.
• Effectively communicating work requirements, methods, and providing clear instructions for implementing new procedures.
• Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment for ship components with precision.
• Utilizing technical manuals and specifications diligently to uphold quality control standards.
