Waialae Country Club is a private membership club, which provides its members with a championship golf course, dining services, health/recreational facilities, and hosts the PGA Tour's Sony Open in Hawaii. Position: Event Coordinator.
Status: Part-Time (20-29 hours per week).
Department: Food & Beverage.
Reports to: Event & Special Project Manager.
Summary: The Event Coordinator assists and supports the planning, coordination, and execution of private events at the Club, including weddings, social celebrations, and business functions. This role works closely with the Event & Special Project Manager, clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure each event is accurately detailed, professionally executed, and reflective of the Club's service standards.
