Job Description:

Join our team as a Federal Construction Manager and take the lead in overseeing medium to high complexity construction projects for Federal agencies, including USACE, AFCEC, and NAVFAC. You will have the opportunity to manage both vertical and horizontal construction projects from planning stages all the way to final delivery. This is a pipeline requisition for future project assignments, and we are eager to build our talent community with dedicated professionals like you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and manage all phases of Federal construction projects to ensure successful execution aligned with scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Oversee contractor and subcontractor activities to maintain quality, safety, and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Act as the primary liaison among project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and swift issue resolution.
  • Evaluate construction documents and ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and client-specific standards.
  • Lead pre-construction conferences and participate in design, progress meetings, and on-site inspections.
  • Ensure adherence to all Federal safety, environmental, and quality standards, along with agency-specific requirements.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Mentor junior staff to promote technical growth and uphold industry best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation for federal agency submissions.
  • Foster a culture of safety across all project sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA and agency-specific standards.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support project success and client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 8 years of relevant experience (equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu).
  • Domestic and/or international travel may be required based on project demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large Federal construction projects.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.

Job Site Location: United States - Nationwide

Travel Requirements: 100% travel expected.

Pay Range: $78,624 - $157,248, with discretionary bonuses potential.

Driver's License Requirements: A valid driver's license is required.
