***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen's client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***

Job Title: IT Tester
Scope of Services:
- Build and execute test scripts for applications.
- Conduct performance/load testing.
- Track test results and defects.
- Provide knowledge transfer on testing processes.
- 3+ years in document management/information governance.
- 1+ year using test case management and defect tracking tools.
- Experience with UAT, functional, and system testing.
- Test documentation and familiarity with Kofax, IBM FileNet, and related systems.
