Description:
Facilitate daily team coordination and progress tracking, ensuring blockers are identified early and routed to the right technical or business owners for resolution.
• Gather and document IAM project requirements, translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical tasks for engineering and access management teams.
• Maintain and groom the project work queue, ensuring stories/tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development cycles.
• Drive iteration planning activities, supporting the team in setting short-term goals, reviewing upcoming deliverables, and aligning workload with capacity.
• Assist with IAM solution design discussions by capturing decisions, clarifying acceptance criteria, and organizing follow-ups with architects and system owners.
• Perform process and data analysis-such as mapping access workflows, role models, or identity lifecycle steps-to support design and remediation activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, including IAM engineering, InfoSec, application owners, testers, and compliance partners.
• Track and report project health metrics, including risks, milestones, deliverables, and status updates for leadership.
• Support testing cycles by helping validate requirements, coordinating UAT participants, tracking defects, and confirming remediation steps.
• Manage project documentation, including meeting notes, RAID logs, decision logs, timelines, onboarding materials, and procedural updates necessary for IAM governance.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
