Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with an association seeking a Research Analyst to support their team with research initiatives. This role manages everything from survey design and vendor relations to advanced statistical analysis and academic publication, providing critical insights for medical education. If you bring experience with data visualizations, survey processing and reporting with Qualtrics, and have a strong attention to detail, apply now! Key Responsibilities

• Survey Management: Lead the annual survey process, including design, testing, deployment, and respondent troubleshooting.
  
• Data Analysis: Build longitudinal datasets, manage data dictionaries, and perform statistical analyses to identify industry trends.
  
• Visualization & Reporting: Create Tableau dashboards and author reports, academic articles, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
  
• Collaboration: Act as the primary data expert for internal teams and external regulatory/accreditation bodies.
  
• Research: Conduct literature reviews and contribute to the design of original research studies.
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  
• Experience: 4+ years of professional research experience.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Qualtrics, Tableau, SPSS, and MS Office (Required). SQL, ArcGIS, or Python (Preferred).
  
• Core Skills: Strong academic writing, data visualization, and the ability to manage complex project timelines.

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $30.00 to $30.00
