We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our caregiving team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring caregivers are recruited, onboarded, supported, compliant, and set up for long-term success.
Working closely with operations and scheduling, the HR Coordinator serves as a trusted resource for caregivers while ensuring adherence to company policies, state and federal regulations, and Senior Helpers brand standards.

We are a business which operates 24/7, 365 days a year. This position is primarily during regular office hours (MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM), with occasional flexibility required to support onboarding, urgent caregiver needs, or business demands.
