Wireless Construction Manager (AT&T support) - Southern California
Start in Irvine and Expand Throughout SoCal | Field Role | 75%+ Travel
Are you a hands-on wireless construction leader with AT&T New Site Build experience? We're looking for a Telecom Construction Manager to drive critical wireless infrastructure projects across Southern California. If managing schedules, budgets, safety, and field teams excites you-and you thrive in fast-paced telecom environments-this could be your next challenge.
What You'll Do:
- Lead construction projects from preconstruction to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage direct reports, matrix staff, vendors, and subcontractors on multiple sites.
- Coordinate power and utility setup, inspections, and permits to keep projects moving.
- Enforce safety programs and quality standards across all construction work.
- Interface with engineering teams, clients, and utility partners to solve challenges in real time.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years wireless construction experience (AT&T NSB a must).
- Strong power management experience, including utility coordination (PG&E, SCE).
- Proven experience managing GCs and job sites.
- Valid driver's license; willingness to travel extensively.
- Excellent communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Flexibility for day, night, and potential weekend work as projects require.
Bonus Points For:
- Active OSHA-30 certification or higher.
- Experience with small cell, right-of-way, or fiber/telecom projects.
