Job Description
  • Lead and oversee healthcare construction projects in the assigned region from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing representative on projects, attending meetings with owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support regional growth initiatives by identifying opportunities, providing insights from client and market interactions, and participating in strategic discussions with leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development team, attending project or opportunity meetings and providing technical and logistical expertise, without being responsible for primary BD generation.
  • Oversee and mentor project teams, including superintendents, coordinators, and subcontractors, fostering high-performing teams and consistent project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and healthcare-specific construction standards.
  • Track and report project performance metrics, budget adherence, schedule progress, and risk mitigation efforts to regional leadership.
  • Contribute to proposal support and project scoping by providing technical input, constructability review, and cost insights as needed.
