Job Title: Product Marketing Manager (PMM)
Location-Type: Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite in NYC or Washington, DC
Start Date Is: ASAP (mid-March)
Duration: 6+ months (Contract)
Compensation Range: $40/hr - $44/hr W2

Job Description:
The Product Marketing Manager will own end-to-end product marketing for a suite of digital and data-driven tools, driving clear messaging, launch planning, and paid execution across frequent product releases.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own product marketing for multiple digital/data tools with monthly or bi-monthly releases
  • Lead launch planning for new features, updates, and ongoing product enhancements
  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning that translates complex or data-heavy products into clear audience value
  • Manage and execute paid marketing efforts, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
  • Partner closely with a paid analytics contractor to support execution and performance tracking
  • Review and ensure accuracy and quality of weekly and monthly paid performance reporting before leadership review
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and internal stakeholders to understand releases and timelines
  • Coordinate creative needs with design partners (Figma-based workflows)
  • Create and oversee launch and campaign content, including emails, landing pages, ads, webinars, demos, and social content
Requirements:
  • Must-Haves:
    • 5+ years of product marketing experience
    • Experience marketing digital tools, platforms, or tech-adjacent/data-heavy products
    • Experience with ActiveCampaign or similar CRM/campaign tools
    • Proven ability to plan and execute frequent product launches and updates
    • Strong strategic messaging skills (non-generic, audience-focused positioning)
    • Hands-on experience with paid marketing, especially LinkedIn
    • Strong reporting discipline with comfort owning weekly and monthly performance readouts
    • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating product launches, messaging, paid creative, and campaign assets
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Experience marketing data, analytics, or reporting tools
    • Familiarity partnering with designers using Figma
    • Exposure to a broader paid mix (Meta, Reddit, search, display, video)
    • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
