Project Manager - Thousand Oaks, CA/Remote

Pay Rate: $74.50/Hr. on W2

These are 12 Months Contract position to begin with a possibility of extension.

US Citizenship or Permanent Resident is required.

Job Summary:

• Responsible for overseeing project planning, execution and delivery of product team commitments each quarter throughout the year.
• Facilitate agile practices to enhance team performance and continuous alignment to Operations prioritized agenda.
• You will work closely with product owner, development team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and digital solutions. Fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement is at the heart of our new ways of working to drive the most impactful work for Operations.
• Key support will be needed to help define project scope, goals, and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, resources, budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
• Additional responsibilities will include leading scrum ceremonies and ensuring continuous prioritization of work according to value realization targets.
• May be responsible for cross-functional teams.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, provide regular updates on status, and present outcomes as appropriate.

Skills:

• Expertise in running medium to large scale projects
• Excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures
• Experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices
• Strong analytical skills ; business process development best practices, change management
• Strong MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
• Understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources.

Education:

Doctorate degree or Master's degree and 2 years of experience or Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience or Associate's degree and 8 years of experience or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
