Pay Range:$70,000-$90,000 Per Year

Job Description:
Join our team in a full-time role focused on delivering education and training in coding.
Located in Katy, TX, this position involves facilitating educational sessions, developing training materials, and supporting compliance initiatives.
The role requires expertise in coding technologies and a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver educational sessions both virtually and in-person.
Develop and maintain training materials and onboarding plans.
Provide coaching and mentoring to coders.
Assist with audits and quality reviews.
Collaborate with teams to improve processes and consistency.

Qualifications
7 years of coding experience.
2 years of teaching or training experience.
Associate's degree or higher.
Strong experience in coding compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Certification required: RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or CPC.
