Position: Full-time, Receptionist
Location: Downtown Honolulu
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors. This role is essential to creating a welcoming front-office experience while supporting daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, detail-focused, and enjoys helping others in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:
  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages as needed
  • Respond to general email inquiries and direct messages to appropriate staff
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document organization
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as sorting paperwork and maintaining front-desk supplies
  • Provide general assistance to staff and support individuals who walk in with questions or requests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and data entry
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy front-office setting
