We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors. This role is essential to creating a welcoming front-office experience while supporting daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, detail-focused, and enjoys helping others in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages as needed
Respond to general email inquiries and direct messages to appropriate staff
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Perform data entry, filing, and document organization
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as sorting paperwork and maintaining front-desk supplies
Provide general assistance to staff and support individuals who walk in with questions or requests
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and data entry
Strong customer service and communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
