Field Recruiter

This Field Recruiter will support hiring for both hourly and salaried roles across the Eastern and/or Central Time Zones, with a strong focus on delivering a thoughtful, positive candidate experience from first touch through offer. You'll partner closely with field leaders and hiring managers to understand their needs, business goals, and what success looks like for each role.

As a Field Recruiter, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting while proactively identifying, engaging, and supporting a diverse slate of candidates. You'll collaborate closely with fellow recruiters across the organization to share insights and best practices, helping create a people-first hiring experience that reflects SiteOne's values and supports long-term team success.

What you'll do:

• Proactively source and attract talent using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, creative outreach, and internal talent pools
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, Recruiting Coordinators, and the HR Service team to deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through start date
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide thoughtful hiring recommendations to hiring managers
• Serve as a brand ambassador for SiteOne, representing our culture, values, and opportunities to both active and passive candidates
• Build trusted partnerships with field leadership, serving as a talent advisor by sharing hiring strategies, market insights, and talent trends
• Contribute to special projects, task forces, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing recruiting processes, tools, and outcomes

Work location and travel expectations:

• Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada
• Travel is estimated at up to 10% and may include branch visits, team meetings, and career fairs

Pay:

• The estimated starting salary for this role will be between $70,000 and $80,000 annually, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, location, and internal equity

Skills We Are Seeking:

• 3-5 years of high volume recruiting and candidate sourcing experience
• Ability to work independently and do everything with quality and integrity
• Ability to effectively manage customers and associated expectations
• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain agile when faced with change
• A desire to work in a team based environment
• Strong motivation with a passion for making our customers successful

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor's or University degree from four-year college or university
• Candidates must reside in the United States or Canada
• Candidates must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
