Our client is a global management consulting organization and a leading advisor on business strategy. Rate: $80.00 to $90.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the Core HR squad backlog to deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and features on schedule.
Track progress against goals and key deliverables for supported projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with the permanent Product Owner to understand plans and stakeholder needs and lead tactical execution while maintaining strategic alignment.
Serve as the voice of the customer and business to coordinate dependencies with HR, IT, and cross-functional product teams.
Coordinate across teams to keep deliverables on track, clarify requirements, and make trade-off decisions.
Maintain transparency and alignment on priorities within the squad and with stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to agile practices, participate in sprint ceremonies, and support squad performance feedback.
Support Core HR delivery areas including deployment of bank account data and processes across approximately twenty countries.
Partner on organizational setup value changes aligned to an ongoing Finance transformation.
Experience Requirements:
Must have experience with time tracking
Proven ability to join an existing team and deliver quickly
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple workstreams.
Solid understanding of Workday and HR processes, including Core HR, Absence, and Mobility.
Experience managing both technical and functional stakeholders across HR and IT.
Ability to use data and customer feedback to prioritize and evaluate work.
Comfort with ambiguity and capacity to adapt to changing needs.
