The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for end-to-end execution, oversight, and delivery of the organization's obligations in support of defense programs. This role serves as the single accountable integrator across scope, schedule, budget, compliance, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring all work is executed within contract authority, aligned to mission needs, and supportive of re-compete objectives.
The PM operates in a prime-controlled government R&D environment and must demonstrate disciplined contract execution, strong sponsor engagement, and proactive risk management. The PM is responsible for translating strategic direction into structured execution, shaping vision, working models, and delivery standards.
