Description:

Join our client, a prominent organization in the foodservice industry, as a Senior Accounts Receivable Associate. This role within the Finance Department will support the Accounts Receivable team. We are looking for candidates with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and effective problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Senior Accounts Receivable Associate

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay Range: $23.02

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What You'll Do:

  • Process customer payments, generate invoices, and accurately apply payments to outstanding account balances.
  • Reconcile customer accounts while investigating discrepancies in payments and invoices.
  • Assist in collection efforts for overdue accounts, including reaching out to customers and documenting correspondence.
  • Perform data quality assurance within AR processes to maintain accuracy and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Generate accounts receivable reports, maintain organized records, and support internal and external audits as necessary.

What's Needed:

  • High attention to detail focusing on precision in financial data processing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and customers.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounting/ERP systems such as Workday is preferred.
  • Efficiency with 10-key data entry for streamlined financial processing.
