Position Overview:

As a Sales and Customer Support Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales by actively engaging with customers to understand their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing fast and friendly assistance to customers.
• Learning about our diverse range of products and using available tools to convey this information to customers.
• Skillfully greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing sales with customers in your department.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, ensuring they are safe and shop-able.
• Collaborating with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates to create a cohesive work environment.
• Adhering to all safety policies and standards, proactively identifying and correcting hazards or reporting them to the Manager on Duty.
• Having a working knowledge of adjacent departments including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $19.50
