Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), particularly in the Millennium system for effective build and support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training materials to client information technology project teams, fostering motivation and empowerment.

• Provide personalized one-on-one support to client information technology staff, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively utilize the training.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and resolve process, workflow, and technical inquiries, while utilizing knowledge management tools to disseminate solutions.

• Apply your deep knowledge of Millennium build and maintenance to address client questions and scenarios during training sessions.

• Help in keeping educational content up-to-date based on client feedback, resources for solution development, and best practice methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.49 to $54.13, with annual salaries from $44,700 to $112,600, alongside potential bonuses and equity options.
