Training Lead

Cognizant is a large IT Consulting Firm that leverages modern technologies to transform a variety of business operations. We are looking to hire a Training Lead that will be responsible for modifying and conducting training sessions for teams throughout the US & Canada. This is a fully remote role for US candidates, but occasional travel is required to various US markets, and sometimes Canada.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver training content for assigned markets, ensuring that quality field operators are moved into production.
  • Create & maintain training material and keep them current with market specific examples & nuances.
  • Manage the end to end of policy change management and dissemination across the business.
  • Track training details accurately and efficiently.

Training & Development

  • Partner with delivery teams to implement interventions that boost field performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Engage in calibration sessions with subcontractors and ensure all resulting action items are resolved.
  • Identify and communicate knowledge deficits to relevant delivery departments.
  • Oversee content development by assessing business needs, maintaining a content calendar, and driving user engagement and adoption.
  • Determine and execute optimal training and knowledge management strategies for field staff.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and refine educational materials.
  • Coordinate with clients on process changes to design customized training paths for various roles.
  • Participate in weekly client consultations and contribute to training-related initiatives.
  • Perform regular training needs assessments and organize targeted learning activities.
  • Execute surveys and feedback programs to collect optimization ideas from stakeholders and field agents.
  • Suggest creative enhancements for tool functionality and policy guidelines.
  • Develop comprehensive communication plans to support program goals through diverse tactical approaches.
  • Focus on building learning solutions and workflow training specifically for operational teams.
  • Analyze tasks and evaluate training outcomes to offer data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Localize global content and produce original local materials for partners and clients.
  • Dedicate approximately 40-50% of time to direct content creation.
  • Maintain timely completion of interventions.

Policy & Content Creation

  • Actively participate in policy creation and ensure effective dissemination.
  • Ensure all policy / workflow documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct reviews on Crispers/Policy Shots/quizzes/RCAs and prepare feedback.
  • Understand policy needs of the floor and initiate required policies/workflows through policy change requests.
  • Perform timely analysis to identify and close any policy gaps.

Performance Management & Governance

  • Track performance of all NH batches during and post trainings.
  • Work closely with QAs to understand policy and process gaps.
  • Ensure that all team trackers are maintained accurately and are up to date.
  • Be timely with tracking and publishing training reports.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 4-5 years of total work experience, with at least 1 year in a training role.
  • Previous experience working with Mapping/GIS/Autonomous vehicles/automotive systems is preferred, but not required.
  • At least a High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A willingness to travel occasionally to conduct training sessions in new markets.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until February 28th, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $50,000 - $75,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
