Senior Product Manager Focused on Product Enablement

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on Product Enablement to drive field, customer, and partner readiness for the Oracle Health AI Application Suite. You will lead live enablement, scale consistent learning programs, and curate high-quality collateral that accelerates secure and compliant adoption.

What you'll do:

  • Own the end-to-end enablement roadmap for the Oracle Health AI Suite, aligned to product strategy, release plans, and business outcomes.
  • Deliver world-class enablement to external audiences and outbound field teams via instructor-led training, virtual sessions, workshops, roundtables, and customer labs.
  • Own end-to-end enablement strategy for employees, customers, and partnersfrom needs assessment and curriculum design to delivery, certification, and continuous improvement.
  • Refine and maintain product collateral (playbooks, demos, hands-on labs, FAQs, release notes) that drive consistent messaging and compliant usage at scale.
  • Translate field and customer insights into product and roadmap recommendations; serve as a trusted thought partner to Product and Engineering.
  • Partner with instructional/interactive designers to ensure materials align to learning objectives and adult learning best practices.
  • Lead internal release readiness: briefings, "what's new" sessions, and enablement plans aligned to launch milestones.
  • Establish clear success metrics (adoption, time-to-proficiency,) and report impact to leadership.
  • Champion security, privacy, and regulatory best practices across all enablement content and delivery.

Basic qualifications:

  • 5+ years in product enablement, product management, solutions consulting, or technical training for enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record delivering live and virtual training to technical and professional audiences.
  • Strong content development skills (slides, demos, labs, micro-learning, assessments) and familiarity with learning tools.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex products into clear narratives and hands-on experiences.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with healthcare, data platforms, or AI-enabled applications; familiarity with security, privacy, and healthcare compliance considerations.
  • Background in product launch/release readiness, field playbooks, and certification programs at scale.
  • Proficiency with demo environments and lab orchestration; comfort with analytics to measure enablement effectiveness.
  • Collaboration experience with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success in an agile environment.

Travel:

Flexibility for virtual delivery; ability to travel for key workshops, customer labs, and events (approximately 30-50% as needed).

Responsibilities:

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
