The Role

As a Lead Security Administrator, you will be responsible for the tier 1 troubleshooting of physical security access control systems. Your expertise will ensure system integrity and the accuracy of data processes. You will administer biometric device enrollments and maintain oversight of our access control programs, demonstrating our commitment to security through impeccable documentation and audit practices.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive system and data integrity of access control systems, ensuring documentation of implementation processes is available and accurate.
• Administer and manage bio-metric device enrollments and issue access cards for various personnel, ensuring proper permissions are granted.
• Oversee ticketing systems, contributing to a robust database management process that facilitates access control administration.
• Ensure timely administration of Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) related to authorized personnel.
• Deliver excellent customer service by establishing service hours that promote customer satisfaction.
• Maintain access control database management in a state of audit readiness, ensuring accuracy across all personnel profiles and roles.
• Generate and distribute necessary reports to uphold process integrity and documentation standards.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• 3-4 years of experience related to security services with an Associate's degree in Accounting or Technology.
• Proficient in operating and maintaining security systems including access devices and alarm systems.
• Ability to assist with workplace investigations utilizing access reports, and ensuring timely repairs of security deficiencies.
• Dedication to continuous improvement in security technology, policies, and procedures.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary based on skills and experience. The anticipated salary range is:

• $49,674 - $66,300 in various states.
• $52,212 - $69,615 in select states.
• $54,698 - $72,930 in premium states.
