YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Inventory Associate, you play a key role in ensuring that products are readily available for customers. Your expertise lies in efficiently moving merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. With a passion for AEO Brand Standards and a keen eye for detail, you help maintain an organized and inviting shopping environment. While the stockroom is your main focus, you're also adaptable and ready to support your team and assist guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passionate about brand standards: You proactively keep products moving through effective shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• The stockroom is your domain: You ensure the stockroom operates efficiently, keeping merchandise and visual props organized and tidy.
• Innovative thinker: You identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and execute a plan to enhance presentation.
• Team player: You're always ready to assist fellow team members and help guests with non-stock-related tasks.
• Integrity focused: You prioritize safety standards in both the stockroom and on the sales floor, following Asset Protection policies diligently.
